William A. “Bill” Biedermann was a commercial taxidermist who practiced successfully for over 50 years in Alden, Pennsylvania.
His shop had an outstanding reputation for both large and small game. Notable mounts included several life-size elephants, bison for Buffalo Bill Cody, sheep for Teddy Roosevelt, and taxidermy work for Franklin D. Roosevelt, Jr.
